Physical Education  Sports Department

A. The principle, aims and objectives
1. To work for the personality development and character building  through games and sports.
2. To empower and encourage the female students to participate in sports ,eventually leading them to play at state and national level as well as making their ways to various state services where sports is given preference.
3. To encourage sportsmanship among students and promote friendly relation among students from various colleges and universities.
4. To raise the standard of sports and athletics prevailing in the college university and other institutions. 
5. To conduct coaching camps for state and national level Sports.
6. To introduce the students to various types of new games and competitions and to make them participate in them.
7. To encourage, motivate and train the students and take interest in various games and competitions.
8. To develop and look after college playground.
9. To pay individual attention to potential sportspersons.
10. To give special training to various sport teams.
11. To conduct prize distribution programme.
12. To develop and maintain gymnasium and sports department.  To make latest equipments available and to make the students familiar with them.

Sports Facilities:
 Following Sports facilities are provided to players:

1. Sports kilts (Related to game)
  2. Full traveling allowance ( in Competition period )
  3. Dearness allowance ( Rs.80.per day in competition period )
  4. Sports Equipments.(Related to game )
